SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The Sionnach Club is currently accepting applications for 2025 scholarships.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be a high school senior graduating in May 2025
2. Must be fully enrolled in a public or private high school located in Douglas or Sarpy county Nebraska
3. Must attend, at own expense, the award ceremony held in June in Bellevue, Nebraska
4. Shall agree to return to Bellevue in June 2026 to award next year's scholarships
5. Must demonstrate a financial need for the scholarship via most recent tax return or through some other means

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

1. Scholarship Application Form
2. Current resumé
3. An official transcript from your high school through the current semester
4. Two letters of recommendation of people that are not related to you, addressed to: Sionnach Club, Inc. 1406 Ft. Crook Rd S, Suite 203, Bellevue, NE 68005
5. An essay on one of the following topics:
   1. What I hope to accomplish in my field of study to develop leadership and role model qualities
   2. How I will improve our community during and after my education experience

Note: In writing your essay, please give specific examples to clarify your ideas
Limit: Two typewritten pages (8.5 x 11, double-spaced)

DEADLINE AND SUBMISSION

All required documents including official transcripts and letters of recommendations must be received by April 15, 2025 by the Sionnach Club offices. This year's recipients will be announced and notified by the first week of May 2025.
